Soft Enamel Lapel Pins - Similar in look to Cloisonné pins, soft enamel custom pins also involve the imprinting of your design into a metal surface. Color is overlaid; each pin is fired at 450 degrees and polished. To protect the color from cracking and fading, an optional epoxy protective coating (dome) can be applied. Photo Etched Lapel Pins - One of our more versatile products! A photographic image (taken from your negative) is transferred onto the surface of a brass pin, sealed, and then overlaid with enamel color. The result is amazing! Offset Printed Lapel Pins - an image of your design is transferred from a photographic negative onto the surface of the metal. Pins are then cut out of the sheet according to your custom design. Non-colored (raised) sections edges of the pin are then plated to your choice of metal. An epoxy protective coating (dome) is applied to protect the colors from scratches.
